GENERAL information
All Day Experience:
The schedule for Friday and Saturday will run from 9:30am-7:30pm, without athletes needing to leave the facility for an extended break. There will be two mandatory training sessions on Friday and Saturday that will be divided by age. Athletes 12 and under will begin their training in the morning mandatory, while Athletes 13 and up will begin their training in the evening mandatory. When athletes are not participating in their mandatory training, they will enjoy our NashCamp activities such as tie dye, group dance practice, bracelet making, strength & conditioning stations, a mental training class, and more!

WHAT IS A MANDATORY?
Mandatory sessions follow a structured curriculum consisting of a warm up, various rotations to ensure that athletes train on a wide range of surfaces, and a cool down. Within each time slot, we divide the large group into smaller groups based on skill level. We strive to group athletes with similar skills together so that the coaches can schedule their lesson plans accordingly, aiming for maximum progression and growth for each camper while at camp. The most beneficial aspect of our mandatory trainings is the small-group instruction to provide athletes with more one-on-one training with their NashCamp instructor.

WHAT ARE THE CAMP THEMES?
Thursday: Program Day (wear your home gym's apparel)
Friday: Neon Day (neon available in the ProShop)
Saturday: Superhero Day (dress as your favorite superhero)
Sunday: NashCamp Day (wear NashCamp/Nashville apparel)

ARE PARENTS ALLOWED TO STAY AND OBSERVE?
Parents will only be allowed to stay during open gym and during the last two hours of the final day of camp since we are moving to an all day program and need to utilize the full space of the NashCamp facility.
