New for 2027: Age Change for Enrollment
NashCamp will now be available for children ages 7 and up to enroll for summer 2027! Your athlete must be 7 by the time their session begins to be eligible for enrollment. You may ask, “Will my young child be able to participate in a full day of camp?” Our younger athletes always have a great experience and love the camp activities, hanging out with new friends, and tumbling their hearts out!
Our mandatory sessions are divided by age, then by skill level based on their evaluation on the first day of camp.
-
Children ages 12 and under will tumble during the morning mandatory session and participate in their activities session in the evening.
-
Children ages 13 and up will participate in their activities in the morning and tumble in their mandatory session in the evening.
All athletes will participate in the group open gym scheduled after the lunch break on Friday and Saturday.
Camp Policies
NashCamp has a strict NO REFUNDS policy due to sessions having limited openings and are reserved for as long as you are enrolled.
DEPOSITS are non refundable. Balances are due to be paid in full by March 1st, 2027. Anyone with an unpaid balance after the deadline will be dropped from camp, and the deposit will not be refunded. Please make sure you have checked your account and that it is paid in full by March 1st, 2027.
If a 30 day drop notice is given, NashCamp will offer a credit for the payments made to be used towards enrollment in the next summer's camp. This credit will expire after one year and cannot be rolled over after a period of 12 months.
NashCamp will offer a session transfer should you need to switch your dates. No transfers will be approved 30 days leading up to your session.
Should you need to cancel for an injury, the payment will be transferred to next summer's camp, unless your athlete will be a graduating Senior. This will be the only exception to the refund policy. In this situation a refund will be processed only with a detailed doctor's note explaining that you are no longer able to participate in the camp due to your injury. Receipt of ER or doctor's visits will not be accepted. It must be a detailed doctor's note specific to your athlete's injury.
Payments and session enrollments are not transferrable to another athlete outside of your immediate family, who is also on your account.
